Three women started ThreeDames in 2009 with one goal: provide the smaller business with the same services and advantages enjoyed by the “big guys.”

Peggy Deal, Design Director
Peggy brings 30 years of design and typographic experience to the ThreeDames team. She is an expert at helping clients determine their identity needs and then translating those needs into a visual medium that strengthens the firm’s brand presence.

Amy Steeby, Marketing Director
Amy’s area of expertise is in small business development and includes 13 years of sales and marketing experience. In addition to her MBA, Amy has a Master’s degree in Educational Technology. This knowledge allows her to take the principles of sound instructional design and apply them to marketing messages.
